Description

Get comfortable using the treadmill, rowing machine, bikes and other equipment such as bands and dumbbells which are all located in the Wellness room with the guidance of an instructor. This class is designed to build confidence so that you would use this room together with a buddy at a later time. Possible class style would be 2-3 times through a circuit.
