Description

Seated exercises offer all the benefits of standing exercises, without the risk. Chair exercises will keep your joints flexible, improve your range of motion and mobility. Using optional light weights and resistance bands, muscles will be strengthened and stabilized, resulting in improved balance, which is key for preventing falls and injuries. There is no floor work in this class.
