Using a big exercise ball as a drum, along with a set of drumsticks, you will be lead through fun high energy rhythmic patterns while getting fit to a wide range of music from oldies to today’s favourites! Participants can stand or sit for this program. No experience necessary. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
