Description

Yang Style 8 is a very simple Tai Chi practice. It consists of 8 slow, circular and smooth movements. This course introduces 8 different Tai Chi forms, weight shifting and transitions between movements. It is highly recommended for people who are new to Tai Chi to build up fundamental skills.
