Description

Badminton is a fun and easy racket sport! It improves fitness levels and contributes to health and longevity. This program is a great way for badminton players to get in some court time by participating in exciting, recreational games with other players. You will do something good for your body while having a load of fun! Birdies and rackets are required. Instruction is not provided.
