Description
Woman ONLY class with female instructor. Master more skills! Adults who are already comfortable in the water will have a chance to advance by practicing their skills and enhancing their technique. At this level, you will complete two interval training workouts of 4 x 25m kicking and front or back crawl. You will also master breaststroke arms with breathing for 10-15m. Other skills taught include supporting yourself at the surface for 1-2 minutes and dive entries. Prerequisite: Swimmer Adult 1. Note: class with male participants and instructors will be running at the same time.
