Description
Be a star swimmer! Challenge is the name of the game at this level, with 600m workouts, 300m timed swims and a 25m object carry. Meanwhile, strokes are refined over 100m swims. First aid training focuses on treatment of bone or joint injuries and respiratory emergencies including asthma and allergic reactions. Swimmers also gain more advanced lifesaving skills such as: defense methods, victim removals and rolling over and supporting a victim shallow water. The ratio for this level is 12 swimmers to 1 instructor. Prerequisite: Ranger Patrol.
