Description

Getting adventurous in the water! Young swimmers who have reached Preschool 5 will work towards mastering a forward roll entry wearing a lifejacket and treading water for 10 seconds. They will also work on front and back crawl for 5m and get a fun introduction to whip kick. They will also be introduced to Interval training in this advanced Preschool level. The ratio for this level is 4 swimmers to 1 instructor. Prerequisite: Preschool 4.
