RHLC Advanced athletes must be between 14 and 15 years as of June 13, 2026. RHLC Advanced athletes must have a minimum of Swimmer 5 or higher swimming experience. Validation of swimming ability is required. If you are unsure of swimming ability - arrange a Swim Level Assessment prior to registration.
