Small group swimming! This program focuses on the content from the Swimmer Adult 3 Program in a small group with a maximum of 5 swimmers to 1 instructor. Learn to swim proficiently! Adults who are very comfortable in the water will benefit from this course, as it helps develop strong swimming techniques. You will master front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke. New fitness levels can be reached with a 300m workout and sprinting 25-50m. You will learn a variety of new skills, including eggbeater kick, stride entries and compact jumps. Prerequisite: Swimmer Adult 2.
