Description
Back by popular demand! If you missed our previous Radiant Resin course, join us for this Spring edition exploring the timeless beauty of Najeonchilgi, the traditional Korean art of mother-of-pearl inlay. In this beginner-friendly workshop, artist-instructor Kay Lee introduces participants to this centuries-old cultural art form, where iridescent pieces of nacre are delicately arranged to create luminous, intricate designs. This Spring session blends Korean heritage with a modern, floral-inspired twist. Participants will design and craft elegant keepsakes such as bag charms, brooches, bookmarks, and other small decorative items using safe, non-toxic, low-odour UV resin and LED curing lamps. No previous experience is required, just curiosity and creativity! All tools and materials provided upon payment of Materials Fee to instructor at workshop. Students have their choice between two Materials Kit options – a $15.00 kit includes all core materials needed to complete the project. $20.00 kit includes additional premium-quality nacre and materials.
