Description

Swim for fun and fitness! Fitness Swimmer is recommended for young swimmers interested in challenging themselves and improving their abilities. The focus is on developing stroke efficiency, strength, and endurance through personal goal-setting for individual endurance challenges, sprints, and object support. It's also an opportunity to learn how to create swim workouts emphasizing pacing and heart rate monitoring. Prerequisite: Swimmer 6 or the ability to swim 300 m.
