Women ONLY class with female instructor. Take the plunge into swimming! This program introduces adults to the water and teaches basic swimming techniques including floating and surface support. Skills are taught in slow progressions that allow learning at your own pace with various types of buoyant support. In this level, you will work towards the completion of a 10-15m swim on your front and back. It's a great way to improve your fitness, not to mention your flutter kick, with 4 x 9-12m interval training. Prerequisite: Beginner or non-swimmer.
