Description
Taking the next step in Swim for Life! In this level, participants will work towards jumping into deeper water, and gain comfort falling sideways into the pool wearing a lifejacket. They will learn to support themselves on the surface of the water without an aid, learn whip kick, and will be introduced to Swim to Survive« skills. They will learn front crawl and back crawl, completing 10m of each. Flutter kick interval training (4 x 5m) will also be introduced. The ratio for this level is 6 swimmers to 1 instructor. Prerequisite: Swimmer 1, Preschool 4 or 5.
