This is not a learn to swim program.
Continue to build your strength and endurance! This intermediate/advanced program provides strong swimmers with an opportunity to continue improving their fitness and endurance levels by working out three times a week with a competitive coach. The workouts range from 2000-3000m per session. The sessions are on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:00 to 9:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9 to 10 a.m.
Fall Registration begins Wednesday August 30, 2023 at 7am
