Continue to build your strength and endurance! Adult Development Swimming promotes fitness swimming, both recreational and competitive. This beginner program provides adults with an opportunity to improve their physical fitness through workouts three times a week with a competitive coach who will help with their speed and stroke refinement. This is not a learn-to-swim program. The workouts range from 1000-2000m per session. The sessions are on Tuesdays from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m., and Sundays from 9 to 10 a.m.
