With leaps and bumps and dodges, volleyball is a fantastic game for kids. It's a sport they can play all their lives, in schools, campgrounds and beaches. This program will help children pick up and practise the fundamental skills and techniques that will assist them in their game play. The benefits include fitness, teamwork and new friendships!
