Already confident with the basics? Take it up a level in Advanced Debate. Teens explore British Parliamentary and World Schools formats and learn how to analyse motions, build tight cases and manage Points of Information. Each week blends quick warm ups, targeted skill drills, teamwork and full mini rounds on current issues. Students practice flowing, strategic rebuttals, extensions, impact weighing and reply speeches to persuade a judge with clarity. We coach confident delivery, active listening and respectful clash so every speaker grows in skill and poise. Shy speakers are supported to try new roles at a pace that fits. The session ends with a friendly family showcase where teams compete and celebrate progress. Prior Public Speaking or Debating experience recommended.
