Speakers Level 1" is the perfect public speaking class for students aged
12-17. In this class, your teen will learn how to: - Grab an audience's
attention from the start - Avoid common pitfalls when speaking in class - Write
speeches that are vivid and engaging - Create slides that enhance rather than
detract from presentations - Speak confidently and handle Q&A sessions with
ease Additionally, each class features an "Off the Top" segment where
students will practice the art of impromptu speaking. This will help them build
confidence for job interviews, answering questions from teachers, making new
friends, and more. Final project is a showcase event where students will
deliver a 3-5 minute presentation to an audience. Please bring a pen and
notepad to class.
