Engaging Youth Speakers Level 2 builds on the foundation of Level 1 and takes young speakers deeper into the art of storytelling. In this course, students will learn how to bring stories to life through expressive voice, vivid descriptions, and advanced storytelling techniques. They will practice using vocal variety to engage an audience and craft powerful images that spark the imagination. The final project challenges students to select a Canadian historical event and present it with multi-sensory detail—allowing listeners to see, hear, and feel the moment as it unfolds. In addition, our popular “Off the Top” impromptu speaking segment returns with greater challenges designed to sharpen quick-thinking skills and build confidence in unplanned speaking situations. This course is perfect for students ready to grow as dynamic communicators, developing both creativity and poise on stage.
