In this Level 3 course, participants will take their communication skills to the next level. They will learn how to facilitate powerful group discussions, while continuing to explore the core themes of Power in presenting, Design in structure, and Style in speaking. This course shifts focus from individual speeches to leading conversations that are engaging, respectful, and productive. Learning objectives: Create meaningful discussion questions. Encourage participation from everyone in the group. Manage different opinions and keep conversations on track. Summarize and close discussions with clarity and confidence. This course helps students become not just confident speakers but thoughtful discussion leaders.
