My First Sports - Parent & Child

This parent/caregiver and child program features a great combination of sports for preschoolers playing them for the first time. A different sport will be highlighted each week, focusing on basic techniques, participation and most definitely fun! Each class includes a warm-up, floor exercises, the sport activity of the week, stretching and a cool-down. Adult participation is required.
