THIS PROGRAM IS FOR CURRENT HOCKEY AND RINGETTE PLAYERS.

This class focuses on improving skaters' speed and strides. Skaters must be able to skate forwards and backwards, and make controlled stops. Participants must have completed Power Skating - Beginner to register for this program. ICE SKATES AND CSA-APPROVED ICE HOCKEY HELMETS WITH PROECTIVE CAGE FACEMASKS ARE MANDATORY AND FULL HOCKEY EQUIPMENT IS MANDATORY.
