Description

This program is designed for those who have participated in Yoga - Level 1. In this level, the focus is on simple body movements, new postures, and gentle breathing patterns to strengthen and tone muscles and loosen stiff joints. You can work at your own ability level and within your own comfort zone. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.
