Description

Come join us at the indoor 180m walking track at Ed Sackfield. Lead by a certified fitness instructor, experience the benefits of walking such as building bone mass, improving balance and heart health - just to name a few. Resistance training stations will be set up for exercises using weights and bands. Working in intervals of walking and muscle conditioning, you’ll be sure to feel energized, have an improved mood and meet new people. Pole walkers are welcome. It is recommended to dress wearing layers as the walking track temperature is cool.
