Description

Combat osteoporosis with exercise! This specialized fitness class is designed for those who have already had a spine or hip fracture after the age of 50 or have a T score less than minus 2.5. Safely and effectively use body weight and light resistance bands to stimulate increases in bone density, strengthen muscles, improve static balance and coordination all while improving spinal alignment and movement throughout your day. Will help to safeguard against falls and future bone fractures.
