Description

Work out standing beside and sitting in a chair. Strengthen bones, tone all muscles, help loosen stiff joints, increase flexibility, balance and co-ordination. This osteoporosis-safe class will also exercise your cardiovascular system and your brain. Modification and safety suggestions will be given during the class. There is no getting down onto the floor. Please wear loose, comfortable clothes and supportive shoes. If you have osteoporosis, it is recommended that you check with your doctor to find out if it is safe for you to use 1-2 pound weights.
