Description
This is a blended class of Chair Yoga and Level 1 ideal for those who would like to explore joyful yoga through poses called asanas. The classes begin with seated yoga on a chair, then standing poses, and finally move to the floor on the mat. The instructor will guide you through a variety of movements and asanas, while focusing on breath and control. Each class helps stretch and strengthen your body, improves your balance, and ends with deep relaxation called Savasana. Participants should be able to get onto the floor, wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.
