Chair yoga is a gentle, safe and effective practice that works magic offering many benefits! It reduces stress and improves strength, balance and flexibility. It is low impact and an easy way to learn specific breathing techniques and postures. All yoga postures are performed seated or holding the chair making it accessible. Classes include relaxation and meditation. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and have a yoga mat.
