It doesn't have to be an intense workout to work magic. Chair yoga is a low impact, safe and easy way to learn specific breathing techniques and postures. All yoga postures are performed seated or holding the chair making it accessible for all. Classes include relaxation and meditation. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and have a yoga mat.
