Leader in Training

Do you see yourself as a leader? This program is designed for younger teens who want to build the skills and confidence needed to lead in a recreational or summer camp program.

Participants will explore leadership through team building, challenge and adventure, and interactive games. The program combines classroom learning with hands-on camp experiences, giving teens the chance to shadow experienced leaders.

Program Details:

• 100% attendance is required to complete the course.

• This program will prepare teens for the City of Richmond Hill’s Counsellor in Training program.
