Description

This class is for those new to yoga. Stretching improves muscle strength and flexibility. Yoga Stretch is a gentle and slow-paced program designed to help you stretch muscles to enhance your flexibility and joint mobility while encouraging healing. Body mindfulness and correct breathing are also an integral part of this program. Participants are required to bring their own yoga mat.
