Description

Learn yoga safely! This is a gentle yoga class for beginner and intermediate students who would like to explore yoga through movement patterns called asanas. The instructor will guide you through a variety of asanas while focusing on breath and control. Each session begins with gentle movements that will help stretch and strengthen your body and improve your balance and ends with deep relaxation called Savasana. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.
