Description
This fun and welcoming program is designed for adults aged 55 and up who are new to pickleball. Participants will learn the basic fundamentals of the game, including how to hold a paddle, serve, rally, score and move safely on the court. With guidance from an instructor, players will build confidence, improve coordination, and develop a solid understanding of the game in a supportive, inclusive and noncompetitive environment. Equipment is provided.
