Description
This class explores enameling techniques for non-jewellery wall plaques and enamel “paintings,” including both landscape and abstract designs. Projects will be larger than typical jewellery pieces but must not exceed 6-inches due to kiln size limitations. Students must bring their own 18 to 20-gauge copper sheet. This class may also be used as an enameling project class for artists interested in exploring their own enamel interests. A materials fee of $30, paid at the time of registration, will cover the cost of enamel. Prerequisite: Previous Enameling class, enameling workshop, or equivalent experience.
