Description

This beginner program is designed for people with disabilities who want to participate in a group setting. Participants will explore the fundamentals of badminton, including footwork, serving and returning, net and back shots, scoring, and other introductory skills. The focus is on enjoying the game while building confidence, social connections, and positive skills such as teamwork, cooperation, and sportsmanship. Activities can be adapted to individual needs and abilities.
