Description

This class is specifically for children who have started their swimming lessons later on. *** Must be 8-14 years of age to enroll***

The Swimmer Program uses lots of in-water practice and progressions to develop solid swimming strokes and skills.

In this level swimmers will work on entering and exiting the water, jumping into deep water wearing a PFD, treading water, submerge and exhale, as well as front and back floats, glides, flutter kick and front crawl wearing a PFD.
