Join the Rotary Club of Port Moody and the City of Port Moody to protect our parks and green spaces by removing invasive plants along the Shoreline Trail. We will work to tackle a large patch of English ivy and Himalayan blackberry that is spreading through the forest. Meet at the Inlet Community Garden parking lot. Street parking is available along Murray Street, and in the Rocky Point Park and Inlet Park parking lots. Physical work is required and is off-trail. Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes or boots and clothes that can get dirty. This event will take place rain or shine - dress for the weather. Gloves, eye protection and tools will be provided by the Environment and Parks Department. Please bring your own water bottle.
