Description

This 6-week exercise-based program is designed for women who want to address or prevent symptoms related to inner core dysfunction, including leaking, weak midsection, and low back or hip discomfort. Each session combines education, guided release work, breath mechanics training, exercise form and progressive movement. Safely rebuild inner core strength and function, improve coordination, and move with greater confidence in your life.
