School Age Level 3 Skate 60 Weekend Workshop

For ages 5-12 years. The benefits of this program include smaller class sizes and increased attention. The 60-minute program begins with a short warm up, followed by progressive skill development. Skills: Backward skating with speed width of ice, T-pushes, introduction to 1-foot stops, backward snowplow stops and circle thrusts. Completion of snowplow stops, forward double sculling, 1-foot glide in a straight line and backward sculling.
