Description
For ages 5-12 years. The benefits of this program include smaller class sizes and increased attention. The 60 minute program begins with a short warm up, followed by progressive skill development. Skills: V-push/glide alternating feet, no toe picks, 2-foot glides in half sit position, snowplow stops, 2-foot jumps, 1-foot glide in a straight line, introduction to forward double sculling, T-pushes, backward skating, backward sculling.
