Description

For ages 5-12 years. The benefits of this program include smaller class sizes and increased attention. The 60 minute program begins with a short warm up, followed by progressive skill development. Skills: Skate width of ice without falling, 2-foot glides in a straight line and on a curve, introduction to V-push/glide, snowplow stops, backward walking, T-position and 1-foot glides in a straight line. Prerequisite: Polar Bears or some previous skating experience.
