Description

For ages 7-14 years. This athletic camp includes dryland training using speed parachutes, agility ladders, and resistance equipment, while enhancing one's stickhandling and shooting skills. We will play games and activities, ending with a fun ball hockey scrimmage. Equipment: Bring your own CSA approved hockey helmet with face cage, hockey gloves and stick. Helmet rentals available at cost. Limited sticks available. Also bring a water bottle, and snacks.
