Description

For ages 5-12 years. The benefits of this program include smaller class sizes and increased attention. The 60 minute program begins with a short warm up, followed by progressive skill development. Skills: Powerful backward crossovers both directions, introduction to outside 3-turns. Completion of backward inside and backward outside C-steps, 2-foot hockey stops, and forward inside C-steps.
