Description

For moms with newborns to 18 months. Our pelvic floor exercise specialist and yoga professional will guide you through a one-hour program incorporating pelvic floor exercise movements and cues to rebuild your pelvic floor and inner core. She will also guide you through a yoga based, strength and flexibility workout using body weight, breath control, and dynamic movement in a relaxed and safe space. Finish with 30 minutes of free play and mommy time.
