Yin Yoga is a delightful way to end your day! You will be guided through a quiet practice of long-held seated and reclined poses (asanas) targeting the deepest tissues of the body while quieting the mind, relaxing and unwinding. Limited props are available - you are welcome to bring any that will support your practice.
