Description

Experience a unique blend of gentle yoga, chakra balancing, seed mantra listening and sound healing. This class combines yoga postures designed to activate and balance the body's energy centers (chakras), followed by traditional Beej (seed) mantras and soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and sound frequencies.

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and an open mind for this restorative experience
