Description

Defend the crease with confidence with our experienced goaltending coaches in these goalie specific training sessions! React and recover with purpose in a variety of goalie specific skating and body movement skills and drills during each session. Goalies will work through both group and individual drills with focus on improving overall structure, speed and recovery in the net. Participants must have some goaltending experience and a full set of goalie equipment.
