Description

This slow paced yoga class is suitable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners. Class begins with meditation and breath work, then moves into both static and flowing yoga movements, ending with a relaxing savasana. Participants can expect to boost their strength, balance and flexibility as well as reduce stress levels and calm the mind. No yoga experience is necessary but this class is best suited for those who can move from the floor to standing without assistance.
