Description

Swimmer 1 – *height requirement Swimmers must be 3 feet 9 inches in height for safety reasons. Recommended for ages 5-12. These beginners will become comfortable jumping into the water with and without a PFD. They will learn how to open their eyes, exhale and hold their breath underwater. Floats, glides and kicking skills are introduced.
